Through community work and philanthropy, the Rakhra family has been anchored in British Columbia’s lower mainland for over a century.
Kennedy Development and Royal Group Realty were founded by the Rakhra family in the early 1980s, primarily offering real estate development and sales/consulting services. Over the past 30 years, the Kennedy Group of companies has generated over two billion dollars in sales volume and transitions, while employing hundreds of industry professionals.
With its established network and long history, the Kennedy Group now focuses on market assets that are poised for growth. As part of the company’s commitment to building relationships within the communities they live and work in, they maintain long-standing relationships with all levels of government, municipalities and city planners. The Kennedy Group is a member of a variety of local committees and regional stakeholder consultations, and remains committed to to addressing issues of concern to individuals, families, and communities in the Vancouver, and Metro Vancouver municipalities.
